Nipigon River Adventures Presents:

"The Quebec Lodge" is holding a "Girls Getaway" Mini-Weekend Retreat, take action and join us for our first mini-retreat weekend.

October 10-October 11

Friday:
4:00pm - 6:00pm	Check in, Personal Time

6:00pm - 6:45pm	Meet and enjoy a refreshment (we serve coffee & tea,water other beverages are up to you to bring)

7:00pm - 8:00pm	Dinner (Menu: Grilled Vegetable & Chicken Kabobs, Rice, Spinach/strawberry salad, Baquettes with Spicy Oil and Balsamic Dip, Homemade pie)

8:00pm - 9:00pm	Evening Circle

9:00pm -	Personal Time

Saturday:

7:00am - 7:45am	Sunrise Yoga

8:00am	Personal Time

	Friendly Breakfast (Yougurt, Granola, Fresh Fruit, Muffins, Juice, Coffee, Tea)

11:00am	Nature Walk-along the Nipigon/Red Rock Trail OR Gentle Yoga

1:00pm	Light lunch (assortment of sandwiches, crackers and cheese)

1:30pm	Presenter (TBA)

3:00pm	Closing Circle

$149 + g.s.t

$50 deposit
